CLASSIC STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

18-20 medium-large mushrooms
1 Tbsp. butter
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
1 tsp. Onion Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 packet Cheesy Spinach & Bacon Dip Mix (Retired)

Instructions

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Finely chop stems, season with Onion Garlic & Herb Seasoning and sauté in butter. Combine cream cheese, sautéed mushroom stems, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and Cheesy Spinach & Bacon Dip Mix (Retired); blend well. Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
